Return Policy for consumer

Mongoosekart really appreciate customer's concerns and will be ready to serve better.

We will accept return or replacement requests only for below mentioned occurances

(1) Received product is damaged then first we go for replacement free of cost and if replacement not possible we will refund the money.

  • Customer has to first email the received products pictures on mongoosekart@gmail.com, Our dispatch team will verified and then we will update for replacement or refund.

(2) Received product if different then order ( In Color (Major color difference like red agaist black) then first we go for replacement free of cost and if replacement not possible we will refund the money deducting the couier cost. Most of our products are semi stitched free sizes and for stitched products we kept margins for alterations so that you can alter it at your convineyance, so if you receive larger size you need to do alterations at your end and in that case we will not accept any return. 

  • Customer has to first email the received products pictures on mongoosekart@gmail.com, Our dispatch team will verified and then we will update for replacement or refund.

(3) Customer has to initiate return or replacement request within 7 days of receiving the product, and after that for any reason no request will be accepted.

(4) Order will not be cancelled because of delayed delivery and in that instance amount will not be refunded.

(5) We dont follow return or replacement policy for out of the india orders for any issues and no refund will be given once dispatch is done fron our side. Every Country will charge stamp duty as per their policy and that will be 100% bear by customers only.

(6) Order Once placed cannot be cancelled by any means and any reasons.

How replacement will work?

Once identified for replacement,

  • First we check  reversepickup facility at your place and if it is there then we arrange reversepickup from your place and dispatch the replacement at your place.
  • If reversepickup is not available you have to self dispatch the product and once we receive we will dispatch your replacement subject to received product is in original conditions along with all merchandize,tags,waybills.

How refund will work?

Once identified for refund,

  • First we check  reversepickup facility at your place and if it is there then we arrange reversepickup from your place and refund the amount through netbanking or Paytm
  • If reversepickup is not available you have to self dispatch the product and once we receive we will refund the amount through netbanking or Paytm subject to received product is in original conditions along with all merchandize,tags,waybills.
